Job summary

Control Risks is seeking a GSOC Operator to provide support for a premier client in a 24/7 security call center environment. The role covers Wednesday through Saturday, 1300-2300. This is NOT a cybersecurity role.

Responsibilities include monitoring CCTV, life safety systems, access control, and executive movements to mitigate risks. You will coordinate travel safety, incident response, and emergency communication across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation and ability to support client employees in crisis.
• Ability to respond effectively in emergencies and communicate with security leadership.
• Baseline understanding of security systems and monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for client community in a 24/7 security call center.
• Monitor CCTV, life safety, access control and assets to identify security risks.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and travel safety partners to mitigate risk.
