Job summary

FirstService Residential in Miami, FL is seeking a hands-on security/concierge supervisor to lead daily operations across properties. The role emphasizes adaptability, leadership, and excellent communication to ensure resident and guest satisfaction.

The position is full-time exempt with comprehensive benefits, time off, and a 401(k) match. Occasional travel may be required to attend trainings and company events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Multilingual abilities are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in vacation, sick leave, and shift coverage.
• Adhere to company policy in all properties.
• Maintain reliable transportation and communication.
• Follow dress code and display identification badges.
• Keep work areas neat, safe, and report safety issues.
• Check fire alarm panel and report troubles.
• Work according to schedule with supervision.
• Respond to emergencies within two hours.
• Report complaints to the Director of Operations.
• Be on call 24/7 for emergencies and call outs.
• May be assigned other duties as required.
