Regional 911 Intake Solutions in Alpha, KY is seeking dedicated Call Takers to answer emergency and nonemergency calls, confirm incident locations, and gather caller information using approved questions and dispatch software.

Successful candidates will have a high school diploma, strong listening and typing skills, and the ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends. Training and certifications are provided.

Responsibilities
