Job summary

Leidos is seeking a NOC Technician to join the 24/7 DISA DGOC support team. This role will triage incidents, monitor DISN network events, and coordinate fault remediation across routers, switches, and crypto devices.

The position requires an active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 certification by start date. On-site duties may occur at Scott AFB, IL or Ford Island, HI.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
• DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification before start date.
• Experience working in a 24/7 operational environment.
• Analytical skills for fault management and incident triage.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and manage incident tickets using ServiceNow ITSM+S / JIRA.
• Monitor 24/7 network events, analyze alarms, and coordinate fixes.
• Provide situational awareness to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support fault isolation and troubleshooting of network elements.
• Restore networks to full operation and document changes in CMDB.
• Train and mentor Network controllers; contribute to SOPs and tools.
