Job summary

United One Communications, LLC. supports DISA's 24x7 DGOC operations to deliver DISN services to the DoD and national security customers. This role focuses on incident management, fault analysis, and rapid restoration of networks and services.

Qualified candidates will hold U.S. citizenship, a DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 certification, and be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance. Availability for a 24/7 operational schedule is required.

Qualifications

High school diploma and 1–3 years of experience.
DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 certification required by start date.
U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Top-Secret clearance.
Available to work in a 24/7 operational environment.
Experience with alarm surveillance, fault management, LAN maintenance, or performance management.

Responsibilities

Create, update, and monitor incident tickets using ServiceNow/ITSM; provide situational awareness to leadership and customers.
Monitor network events and fault management 24/7/365; analyze alarms, correlate faults, isolate root causes and coordinate fixes.
Notify contacts on incidents and coordinate with other service providers to restore service; provide global outage updates.
Restore networks and services to full operation; verify restoration and provide 24/7 sustainment for outages and degradation.
Demonstrate proficiency in DISN functions (routers, switches, crypto devices) and work with O&M leadership for guidance.
