Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking a Unified Capabilities (UC) NOC Technician 3 to support the DISA Global Operations Center (DGOC) under the GSMO-II program.

The role focuses on network operations, incident management, and collaboration with DoD customers to ensure maximum network availability. The candidate must hold an active DoD Top Secret clearance and DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification, with the ability to work a 24x7 shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification required
• Able to work in a 24x7 shift work environment
• Active DoD Top Secret security clearance required
• General understanding of voice infrastructure and IP network topologies

Responsibilities

• Create/update/resolve issues using Service Now and network knowledge
• Notify contacts based on incidents across networks and locations
• Configure and analyze customer circuits across TDM and SIP trunks
• Collaborate with customers and UC stakeholders to maximize network availability
• Proactively monitor network alarms and provide global situational awareness
• Document outages, degradations, and resolutions in incident management systems
• Perform configuration maintenance on route plans and device profiles
• Assess and resolve network incidents and deficiencies
• Develop solutions for UC and DRSN operations
