Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate Global Command Center systems (BMS and monitoring platforms) supporting critical utility operations.
- Respond to, investigate, and coordinate alarm events using monitored systems.
- Analyze trends and performance data to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
- Assess alarm relationships and dependencies to determine escalation paths and actions.
- Coordinate cross-functional response activities and communicate with stakeholders clearly.
