Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience required.
- Technical field or trade school certificate or HS diploma required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify maintenance needs and develop preventive maintenance plans.
- Coordinate and prioritize maintenance activities to minimize disruption.
- Troubleshoot complex facility system issues and provide technical expertise.
- Oversee and perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized work.
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures to optimize performance and lifespan.
- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on safety and best practices.
- Ensure safety regulations are followed and promote a culture of safety.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
