Job summary

Moderna is seeking a Command Center Technician II to monitor and operate critical utility systems across campus, ensuring regulatory compliance and reliable facility performance. You will coordinate alarm events, investigate issues, and support timely resolutions while maintaining detailed records.

The role requires an AS degree or technical cert and 2–5 years of relevant experience, with emphasis on communication and cross-functional teamwork in a 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• AS degree or certificate in a science/technical field or a technical trade school.
• 2-5 years’ of experience.
• Experience with building management and monitoring systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate Global Command Center systems (BMS and monitoring platforms).
• Respond to and coordinate alarm events.
• Analyze data to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional responses during events.
• Maintain detailed operational records and shift pass-downs.
