Job summary

Nordson Corporation invites candidates to join the Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) in Westlake, TX. The two-year program includes multiple rotations across core finance functions, with an emphasis on leadership development and international exposure.

Participants will interact with senior finance leaders, participate in key initiatives, and receive relocation assistance as needed to complete assignments across the finance organization.

Qualifications

• Full-time student completing bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
• Strong desire and motivation to develop a career as a future leader in the finance function.
• Relocation/Geographic flexibility is required during the program.

Responsibilities

• Program prepares participants for roles of increasing responsibility through rotations and mentoring.
• Complete a two-year rotation with approximately four assignments, including a three-month international rotation.
• Interact with senior finance leaders and participate in key financial initiatives.
• Rotation examples include General Accounting, Internal Audit, Cost Controlling, Commercial Finance, and FP&A.
