Participants gain hands-on experience and mentorship while contributing to real business decisions.

Starting July 2027, the program offers exposure across Amphenol's global businesses.

Qualifications

• Candidates pursuing or having completed a Bachelor's degree in a Finance-related field with internship/part-time/on-the-job experience.
• Ambitious, curious, adaptable, eager to learn and able to collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Rotations include Internal Audit, FP&A (Group/Division, HQ Finance, Corporate FP&A/M&A, Business Unit FP&A/Finance).
• SOX testing, process walkthroughs, control design and presenting findings to site leaders.
• Close, consolidations, forecasts; turn variances into actions for leadership.
• Product costing, margin analytics, inventory and working capital; weekly KPI dashboards.
