Job summary

Nordson is offering a two-year Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) designed to accelerate the careers of future finance leaders. Participants will rotate through General Accounting, Internal Audit, Cost Controlling, Commercial Finance, and FP&A, including a three-month international rotation, with relocation support provided.

Eligible applicants are full-time students graduating between December 2026 and June 2027 with a 3.0 GPA or higher, strong leadership and analytical skills,

Qualifications

• Candidates must be a full-time student pursuing a finance or accounting degree.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a two-year rotational program with approx. four assignments, including an international rotation.
• Interact with senior finance leaders and contribute to key financial initiatives.
• Relocation assistance is provided to support program participation.
