Qualifications

• Full-time student completing bachelor's degree in finance or accounting between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Related work or internship experience.
• Demonstrates exceptional financial business partnering with interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a two-year rotational program with ~4 assignments, including a 3-month international rotation.
• Interact with senior finance leaders and participate in key financial initiatives.
• Relocation assistance is provided.
• Identify positions to interview across the finance organization prior to program completion.
