Job summary

Polaris Inc. is offering a Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) that provides three years of rotations across Finance functions, with mentorship and a clear path to future leadership roles.

You will rotate through Commercial, Operations, and Enterprise areas, gaining broad exposure before transitioning to a full-time finance position. The program emphasizes development, networking, and upcoming relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, or related field with a graduation date between Aug 2026 and May 2027.
• Must commit to 40 hours per week starting Jan 11, 2027 or Jun 14, 2027.
• Must be a U.S. person and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Demonstrated leadership in student orgs or work experience; strong career development interest.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three-year rotations across FP&A, Controllership, Treasury, and more.
• Engage in mentorship with Polaris leaders and develop leadership skills.
• Present outcomes and career objectives at end-of-rotation sessions.
