Vertiv invites talents to join the Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) in Westerville, OH. The program spans three years with varied rotations across Finance disciplines, including FP&A, Treasury, and Internal Audit, designed to build future leaders.

Participants gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to senior leadership while contributing to strategic financial initiatives within a global organization.

Qualifications

• Finance or Accounting internship experience
• Bachelor of Science in Business with a finance/accounting specialization
• Minimum of one internship and/or 1 year of experience
• Proven track record of delivering commitments and collaborating with peers outside Finance
• Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, Oracle, Hyperion Financial Management, and financial software applications

Responsibilities

• Rotations across multiple finance disciplines over three years
• Exposure to Manufacturing Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Internal Audit, External Reporting, IR, and Operational Accounting
• Opportunity to develop leadership skills with mentor guidance
• Apply strategic and analytical thinking to real business challenges
• Prepare and present financial insights to leadership
