Job summary

Brunswick’s Financial Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is a premier rotational program designed to accelerate the development of future finance leaders. It offers real-world assignments across corporate and operational finance, mentorship, and structured development to build broad business acumen.

Participants rotate through two 6‑month rotations at the corporate HQ in Mettawa, IL, plus a 12‑month rotation in a business unit.

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an AACSB-accredited university, with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.3.
At least one relevant internship, co-op, leadership, or professional experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness and ability to relocate for rotational assignments. Brunswick provides relocation assistance throughout the program.
Permanent authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.

Responsibilities

Rotate through a variety of finance disciplines, including FP&A, Manufacturing Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Internal Audit, Financial Reporting, and other key finance functions.
Analyze financial performance and identify key trends, risks, opportunities, and drivers impacting income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow.
Support budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis to inform strategic business decisions.
Leverage modern finance technologies and analytics tools, including Power BI, Oracle, automation solutions, and AI-enabled capabilities to enhance reporting, generate insights, and support decision-making.
Partner with cross-functional leaders to understand business drivers, influence decision-making, and improve business performance.
Prepare and present financial analyses, recommendations, and strategic insights to finance and business leaders, including senior leadership teams.
Lead or contribute to high-impact projects and continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, automation, and operational effectiveness.
Participate in structured professional development, mentorship, and networking opportunities throughout the program.
