Job summary

Kohler Co. is launching the Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) for early-career finance talent.

This two-year, full-time rotational experience places participants close to the work that matters and accelerates leadership readiness through mentorship, structured development, and a strong cohort environment. Participants complete 3–4 cross-functional rotations across six to eight months each, with onboarding, seminars, and access to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field by June 2026.
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Previous finance or accounting internship experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reporting, forecasts, and monthly analysis for leadership.
• Partner with leaders to understand performance, identify trends, and inform recommendations.
• Evaluate business cases and investment opportunities that drive growth.
• Drive process improvement and support strategic projects from insight to action.
• Build finance capability across rotations with strengthened business acumen.
