Job summary

Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC is seeking Production Supervisors for a bakery operation in North Carolina. This on-site role oversees 15–25 production staff across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, driving safe, high-quality output and hitting production goals.

You will lead daily activities, mentor staff, and coordinate with maintenance and QA to resolve issues. This hands-on supervisory position offers growth within an established team.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising production teams in food manufacturing.
• Bakery or frozen foods experience is preferred.
• Ability to lead, manage performance and accountability.
• Knowledge of GMPs, food safety and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
