UniFirst is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative for an 18-month contract to bridge a leave of absence. You will handle inquiries by phone and email, support accounts receivable tasks, and assist the Sales Department.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds in a fast-paced environment. We offer on-the-job training, a 5-day work week with weekends off, and a collaborative team culture.

Competenze

• 2 years of Customer Service experience in an administrative setting preferred.
• Prior Accounts Receivable experience encouraged.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent recommended.
• Verbal & written communication skills with professional telephone and email etiquette.
• Essential skills: active listener, responsive, and personable.
• Computer skills: proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, TEAMS).
• Time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Collaborative, team-player capable of working independently.
• Problem solver in a dynamic environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and walk/sit as needed.

Mansioni

• Answer customer questions related to accounts, procedures, and services by phone or email.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers and UniFirst personnel.
• Perform accounts receivable duties: call on outstanding accounts, process credits/exchanges, and resolve conflicts via escalation process.
• Support UniFirst's Sales Department with administrative tasks.
• Perform basic data entry and other administrative duties.
