Job summary

Procter & Gamble seeks engineering interns for a 12-week program at the Boston Go & Tech Center. You will contribute to intelligent controls, automation, robotics, and process development, collaborating with R&D and Manufacturing on impactful projects.

Eligible students are pursuing an Engineering degree with an anticipated graduation between 2027 and 2029 and must be willing to relocate for summer internship opportunities. Starting pay ranges with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in engineering or related technical field.
• Anticipated graduation between Winter 2027 and Spring 2029.
• Eagerness to contribute to projects and drive results in manufacturing.
• Basic understanding of control concepts, sensors, motors, and PLCs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; adaptable to change.

Responsibilities

• Support design, development, and implementation of control systems and automation.
• Assist in robotics, Industry 4.0 technologies, and AI/ML for process control.
• Develop and prototype equipment; move from modeling to hands-on work.
• Support material conversion and high-speed packaging projects.
• Collaborate with R&D and Manufacturing to scale up processes.
• Assist in instrumentation, metrology, and quality control tasks.
