Job summary

Procter & Gamble is seeking an engineering internship at the Boston Go & Tech Center. You will contribute to intelligent controls, mechanical design, and packaging engineering while collaborating with R&D and manufacturing teams on cutting-edge solutions.

The 12-week program runs May–August 2027, with relocation support and mentorship. Applicants must be enrolled in an engineering degree and set to graduate between Winter 2027 and Spring 2029.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in an Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Anticipated graduation between Winter 2027 and Spring 2029.
• Eagerness to contribute to projects and drive results in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic understanding of control concepts, sensors, motors, PLCs.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Willing to complete a 12-week internship between May and August 2027 and relocate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Intelligent Controls & Automation: support design and implementation of control systems and AI/ML solutions for process control.
• Mechanical Design & Development: develop equipment from modeling to prototyping.
• Converting & Packing Engineering: refine technologies for material conversion and packaging.
• Manufacturing Process Development: scale up processes and support supplier management.
• Instrumentation & Metrology: support precision instrumentation and metrology systems for quality control.
• Robotics Engineering: develop and integrate robotic solutions for manufacturing tasks.
• Environmental & Civil Engineering: assist in sustainability and site infrastructure projects.
