NorthEast Electrical, part of the Sonepar family, invites emerging professionals to join the STEP program in Brockton, MA. This 12-month rotation offers hands-on experience across warehousing, sales, projects, and digital commerce while rotating through site and corporate operations.

You will receive structured training, mentorship, and the opportunity to present strategic initiatives to senior leadership at the program's end.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related degree required.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Possess an enthusiastic/self-starter attitude
• Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month rotational program across Warehouse/Logistics, Inside Sales/Counter, Projects & Quotations, Marketing/Digital Solutions/E-Commerce, and Outside Sales/Specialty Track.
• Gain exposure to site and corporate operations and sales strategies.
• Present key strategic initiatives to Executive Leadership at program conclusion.
