Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking motivated, hard-working individuals for the Entry Level Outside Sales Trainee program. It combines field-based work with classroom instruction at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH, covering dealership operations, sales techniques, and negotiation skills.

During training you will travel 80-100% with overnight stays, work with a Sales Mentor, and relocate to an assigned territory after completion to become a Sales Professional selling Reynolds products

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills.
• Willing to travel 80–100% during training and relocate after.

Responsibilities

• Sell Reynolds products to new and existing customers in assigned territory.
• Meet monthly and annual quotas after training.
• Travel with a Sales Mentor and participate in field calls.
• Relocate to territory after completing the training program.
