Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated and hard-working Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. The 12-month program blends field training with classroom courses at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH, covering dealership operations, sales techniques, and negotiation.

During training you will travel 80–100% with overnight stays, then relocate to an assigned territory to become a Sales Professional, responsible for meeting quotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Good time management skills.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel (overnight) 80-100% during training.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
• Willing to relocate after successful completion of the training program.

Responsibilities

• Travel with Sales Mentor during training and observe the sales process.
• Relocate to an assigned territory after training to become a Sales Professional.
• Achieve designated monthly and annual quotas by selling Reynolds products and services.
• Sell to both new and existing customers within the assigned territory.
