Reynolds and Reynolds seeks an Entry Level Outside Sales Trainee to join our growing team. You will enroll in a 12-month sales training program with field-based and classroom sessions, including training at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH.

Expect travel 80-100% during training and relocation to an assigned territory after completion. You will then become a Sales Professional, responsible for meeting monthly and annual quotas by selling Reynolds products to new and existing customers in your

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Good time management skills are required.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel (80-100%) during training.
• Valid driver’s license with few violations in the last 3 years and none in last 5 years.
