Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking motivated and hard-working Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in a 12-month sales training program with field-based and classroom-style instruction at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH.

During training you will travel 80–100% and work with a Sales Mentor in their territory, observing the sales process and assisting calls.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to build strong customer relationships
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to travel 80–100% during training
• Willing to relocate after successful completion of training

Responsibilities

• Relocate to an assigned territory after training and become a Sales Professional
• Meet designated monthly and annual quotas by selling Reynolds products and services
• Partner with Sales Mentor and field teams to develop product knowledge and sales techniques
