Job summary

Cosmo 1:1 is seeking experienced tutors to deliver 1:1 ESL instruction to students in the US, Canada, and Asia. You set a flexible, consistent schedule and teach ESL learners using the Cosmo curriculum.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years teaching K-12 ELA/ESL/EFL.
• TEFL certificate preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1-on-1 instruction for students.
• Update availability in Cosmo App promptly.
• Prepare age- and ability-appropriate lesson materials.
• Submit class feedback after each lesson.
• Communicate with parents and students professionally.
• Attend all classes on time in a professional setting.
• Coordinate with Cosmo staff as needed.
