Job summary

Cosmo 1:1 is seeking experienced tutors to deliver 1:1 ESL instruction to students based in Singapore and Hong Kong, using the Cosmo curriculum. This independent contractor role offers a flexible schedule with lessons scheduled weekly for 50 minutes.

Tutor must have a Bachelor’s degree, 3 years of K-12 ELA/ESL/EFL teaching experience, and access to reliable internet and a suitable workspace. Availability is required between 6-9 AM EST, Monday–Friday or weekends, with at least 20 hours of weekly

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3 years of experience teaching K-12 ELA/ESL/EFL.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 ESL instruction for students.
• Update availability in Cosmo App.
• Prepare lesson materials appropriate to age and ability.
• Submit feedback after each lesson.
• Communicate with parents professionally.
• Attend all classes on time and in a professional setting.
