Job summary

All About Caring Home Care LLC is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide 1:1 support in structured home environments. Roles include assisting with ADLs, implementing behavior support, and coordinating health and safety.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older

Professional boundaries and reliability required
Must pass DHS NetStudy 2.0 background check

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on assistance with ADLs (dressing, hygiene, toileting, mobility, meals)
Support structured daily routines and independence goals
Monitor health, seizure activity, and behavioral changes (as assigned)
Implement positive support and de-escalation strategies
Assist with meal preparation and light household tasks
Support community participation and transportation needs
Complete accurate and timely SOAP documentation
Follow incident reporting and emergency protocols
Overnight shifts (If Assigned)—remain awake, alert, and actively monitor for safety
