All About Caring Home Care LLC is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide 1:1 support in structured home environments. Roles range from basic PCA-style assistance to complex care including behavioral regulation and medical monitoring.

This is not passive companionship; staff must engage with structured service plans and maintain professional boundaries. Overnight shifts may be assigned; some placements operate 24-hour supervision.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to follow structured service plans.
• Professional boundaries and reliability required.
• Must pass DHS NetStudy 2.0 background check.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on ADL assistance (dressing, hygiene, toileting, mobility, meals).
• Support structured daily routines and independence goals.
• Monitor health, seizures, and behavioral changes as assigned.
• Implement positive support and de-escalation strategies.
• Assist with meal preparation and light household tasks.
• Support community participation and transportation needs.
• Complete accurate and timely SOAP documentation.
• Follow incident reporting and emergency protocols.
