Job summary

All About Caring Home Care LLC is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide 1:1 support in structured home environments. You will assist with ADLs, routines, health monitoring, and community participation, following detailed service plans.

This role requires reliability, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and awake overnight shifts as placements demand.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to provide hands-on care.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to follow structured service plans.
• Professional boundaries and reliability.
• Must pass DHS NetStudy 2.0 background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on ADL assistance (dressing, hygiene, toileting, mobility, meals).
• Support structured daily routines and independence goals.
• Monitor health, seizure activity, and behavioral changes (as assigned).
• Implement positive support and de-escalation strategies.
• Assist with meal preparation and light household tasks.
• Support community participation and transportation needs.
• Complete accurate and timely SOAP documentation.
• Follow incident reporting and emergency protocols.
