Job summary

All About Caring Home Care LLC is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide 1:1 support to individuals in structured home environments. You will assist with ADLs, support daily routines, monitor health and behavioral changes, and document care plans.

This role requires active engagement, reliability, a valid driver’s license, and DHS NetStudy 2.0 background clearance. Evening, weekend, and awake overnight shifts may be needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to provide hands-on care.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to follow structured service plans.
• Professional boundaries and reliability required.
• Must pass DHS NetStudy 2.0 background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance with ADLs (dressing, hygiene, toileting, mobility, meals).
• Support structured daily routines and independence goals.
• Monitor health, seizure activity, and behavioral changes (as assigned).
• Implement positive support and de-escalation strategies.
• Assist with meal preparation and light household tasks.
• Support community participation and transportation needs.
• Complete accurate and timely SOAP documentation.
• Follow incident reporting and emergency protocols.
