Allaboutcaringmntc is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide 1:1 support in structured home environments. These roles involve hands-on care, following formal service plans, and maintaining precise health and behavior documentation.

Applicants should be 18+ with a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and readiness to cover evening/weekend/overnight shifts as needed. Training includes DHS NetStudy 2.0 background checks and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 hands-on support with ADLs and daily living activities.
• Support structured daily routines and independence goals.
• Monitor health, seizure activity, and behavior as assigned.
• Implement positive support and de-escalation strategies.
• Assist with meals and light household tasks.
• Support community participation and transportation needs.
• Complete accurate SOAP documentation and maintain records.
• Follow incident reporting and emergency protocols.
