Job summary

All About Caring Home Care LLC is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide 1:1 support to individuals in structured home environments. This is an engaged, hands-on role requiring following structured service plans and maintaining professional boundaries.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, supporting daily routines, monitoring health and behavior, implementing positive support strategies, and documenting activities with SOAP notes.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation to and from work
Ability to provide hands-on care
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to follow structured service plans
Professional boundaries and reliability required
Must pass DHS NetStudy 2.0 background check

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on assistance with ADLs (dressing, hygiene, toileting, mobility, meals)
Support structured daily routines and independence goals
Monitor health, seizure activity, and behavioral changes (as assigned)
Implement positive support and de-escalation strategies
Assist with meal preparation and light household tasks
Support community participation and transportation needs
Complete accurate and timely SOAP documentation
Follow incident reporting and emergency protocols
