All About Caring Home Care LLC in Minnesota is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide 1:1 support for individuals in structured home environments. DSPs assist with ADLs, safety monitoring, and daily routines.

This role requires active engagement, ability to follow structured service plans, strong communication, and reliable transportation. Overnight shifts may be assigned; a DHS NetStudy 2.0 background check is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass DHS NetStudy 2.0 background check.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to provide hands-on care.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to follow structured service plans.
• Professional boundaries and reliability required.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on assistance with ADLs (dressing, hygiene, toileting, mobility, meals).
• Support structured daily routines and independence goals.
• Monitor health, seizure activity, and behavioral changes (as assigned).
• Implement positive support and de-escalation strategies.
• Assist with meal preparation and light household tasks.
• Support community participation and transportation needs.
• Complete accurate and timely SOAP documentation.
• Follow incident reporting and emergency protocols.
