Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated RBT to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children. You will implement intervention plans designed by the BCBA, collect data on progress, and collaborate closely with families to ensure generalization of skills.

The role requires an active RBT certification or eligibility, a high school diploma, and a passion for helping children with autism and developmental delays.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification or eligibility to obtain certification
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
