Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy with children in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans created by supervising BCBA and collect real-time progress data using clinical software, ensuring consistency and generalization of skills.

You should have an active RBT certification or eligibility, a high school diploma, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (or eligibility to obtain certification)
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
