Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated RBT to provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder across home, school, or clinic environments. You will implement individualized plans under BCBA supervision and collect real-time progress data to guide interventions.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families, strong communication, and a passion for improving outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; BA in Psychology/Education a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers for consistency.
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment during sessions.
