Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking a compassionate and certified RBT to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA and contribute to individualized intervention plans.

Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certification (or eligible), a high school diploma, and a passion for helping families achieve meaningful outcomes. The role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Certification: Active RBT (or eligibility to obtain certification).
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree a plus.
• Experience: Experience with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Reliability: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion: Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
