Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will follow supervisor BCBA plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families to promote meaningful skill development.

Requirements include an active RBT certification (or eligibility), a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), and experience with autism. A valid driver''s license and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility to obtain certification).
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
