Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is hiring an RBT to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis services with children who have autism, in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement behavior plans and collect progress data under the supervision of a BCBA.

Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certification (or are eligible to obtain it), a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), a valid driver's license, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children diagnosed with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment for the child during sessions.
