Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, or clinic settings. The role includes implementing individualized behavior plans and delivering high-quality therapy to children with ASD.

You will collect real-time progress data, collaborate with BCBAs and families, and ensure a safe, engaging environment during sessions. Certification or eligibility as an RBT is required.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification or eligibility.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• As an RBT at Blue Gems ABA, you will work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
