Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings.

The role requires an active RBT certification (or eligibility), a High School Diploma, and experience with autism. A driver's license and reliable transportation are essential, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills to support families and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment during sessions
