Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans and collect real-time progress data under supervision.

The ideal candidate holds an active RBT certification (or eligibility), a high school diploma, and experience with autism. Driving is required for travel between sites, and the role offers strong professional development and supportive clinical oversight.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior and skill-acquisition plans designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions.
