Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, or clinics for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will implement individualized intervention plans under supervision, collect real-time progress data, and collaborate with families to ensure consistent skill development.

The role requires an active RBT certification or eligibility, a High School diploma (Bachelor's in Psychology or related field preferred), and experience with autism.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility to obtain)
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions
