Job summary

Blue Gems ABA seeks a compassionate RBT to work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans under supervision and contribute to ongoing progress data collection.

The role requires an active RBT certification (or eligibility), a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license. Prior experience with autism is preferred and a passion for helping families is essential.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility) is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors preferred.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment during sessions.
