Blue Gems ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans designed by supervising BCBA and collect progress data in real time.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families and caregivers, maintaining a supportive, engaging environment, and delivering high-quality interventions that promote meaningful skill development for children and families.

Qualificações

• Certification: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• Education: HS diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience: Experience with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Reliability: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
