Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is hiring for an RBT to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans created by a supervising BCBA and collect progress data to support skill development.

You will collaborate with families and caregivers, ensuring consistency, safety, and positive engagement during sessions. A valid RBT credential or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Certification: Active Registered Behavior Technician (or eligibility)
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus)
• Experience: Prior work with children with autism or developmental delays preferred
• Reliability: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment during sessions.
