Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings under BCBA supervision. You will implement behavior plans and collect data using clinical software to track progress.

The ideal candidate holds an active RBT certification or is eligible to obtain one, has a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), reliable transportation, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
