Blue Gems ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans designed by a supervising BCBA and collect real-time data using clinical software.

Requirements include active RBT certification or eligibility, a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), reliable transportation, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility to obtain certification).
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Reliability: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions.
